Interface Solutions works to proactively identify turnaround (or “deal origination”) opportunities in technology markets. Our goal is to ensure business value is maximised through the turnaround process, bringing in management and finance on an as needs basis to maximise the return for stakeholders in the turnaround opportunity.
For turnaround opportunities we work through Carlisle Partners, (AFSL 224068), where Interface Solutions director Charles Lindop maintains a position of principal.
Carlisle Partners is a Sydney-based boutique corporate advisory firm providing independent, innovative strategic advice and finance to clients ranging from Australian private companies to publicly-listed global corporations.
For the US market we work closely with San Diego investment bank and M&A firm, Software Equity Group. In 2008 Software Equity Group was ranked among the top ten investment banks worldwide for application software mergers and acquisitions and their research reports, read by over 15,000 executives, are a valuable source of m&a deal commentary.
For smaller engagements we work with partners Geoff Harrington & Co to provide access to a network of over 700 individuals and organisations.
